It simplifies patient registration, data recording, and form submission, allowing HCPs to download ready-to-submit documents.
  3. Patient Services Portal: A secure platform for managing patient administration and services, including referring patients to services like Care Coaches, HealthBeacon, and access to the Patient Portal.
